The website FLEET4RENT d.o.o. available at fleet4rent.hr offers its clients vehicle rental according to the conditions and prices specified on the website itself.
- TERMS OF SALE
The General Terms and Conditions of Use and Business determine the procedure for ordering, paying, and complaining about the vehicle rental service that FLEET4RENT d.o.o. offers on the website fleet4rent.hr
The procedure is defined through the following steps:
- RESERVATION OF THE VEHICLE
In order to make a reservation for car rental on the website, it is necessary to go through all the mandatory steps of the reservation process, which include the following:
Step 1. - Selection of the branch office and the time of pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle
Step 2. - Vehicle selection
Step 3. - Filling in basic information about the driver (First and last name, e-mail address, phone number)
- METHOD AND SECURITY OF PAYMENT
The client can only pay for the car rental service at location of the car pick-up. Accepted payment is credit cards (MasterCard, Visa etc.).
- CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION
After the reservation, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address.
- CHANGING THE RESERVATION
The customer can change the reservation by phone at the number +385 1 3638 111
Changing reservations is free, but FLEET4RENT d.o.o. reserves the right to change the price of the rental according to the applicable prices.
- CANCELLING THE RESERVATION
The customer can cancel the reservation in the following ways:
By e-mail to the address info@fleet4rent.hr or by phone at the number +385 1 3638 111
- POLICY OF THE CANCELLING PROCESS
The reservation can be cancelled at any time before the planned date of pick-up of the vehicle WITHOUT FEE.
- REFUND IN CASE OF RESERVATION CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of the reservation with the right to refund, the refund will be processed no later than 14 days from the day the customer cancelled the reservation.
- COMPLAINTS AND OBJECTIONS
According to Article 10. of the Consumer Protection Act (Narodne novine No. 41/14), we inform customers that they can express their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service by submitting a written complaint at our offices, and we will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing without delay. The merchant undertakes to respond in writing to complaints in writing within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.
- METHOD OF PROTECTING CONFIDENTIAL DATA
FLEET4RENT d.o.o. undertakes to protect the personal data of customers, in such a way that it collects only the necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; informs customers about the way the collected data is used, regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work.
All employees of FLEET4RENT d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes arising from the interpretation, application or execution of these Terms and Conditions may be referred to mediation before one of the mediation organizations in the Republic of Croatia.
In the event that, despite efforts to resolve the dispute by agreement, a peaceful resolution of the dispute is not achieved, the jurisdiction of the court in Zagreb and the application of Croatian law are agreed upon for court disputes.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
The General Terms and Conditions of Use and Business are available on the official website of FLEET4RENT d.o.o.
FLEET4RENT d.o.o. will publish and make available all amendments to these General Terms and Conditions of Use and Business in the manner provided by law.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Business took effect and apply from 9/4/2025.
